(1) Account Register or Login

1.1. How to become QeautyBox member?

Click "MYACCOUNT" (on top right), click "LOGIN/REGISTER". Choose "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". Input relevant information and click “SUBMIT”.


1.2. Why register as QeautyBox member?

As a member, you will enjoy a better shopping experience on To speed up the checkout process, you can go to "Address Book" in "My Account" to save your billing and shipping addresses. You can also login anytime to check your orders and/or update your personal information.

(2) Member Account

2.1. What should I do if I forget password?

Click "Login/Register" (on top right). Click "Forgot your password?". Input your email address which was used in the process of registration. An email will be sent to you. Click onto the link in such email to complete resetting of password.


2.2. How do I reset my password?

Please click "My Account" (on top right) and login. Go to “Account Information” and click “Change Password”.


(3) Purchase and Order

3.1. Is there any limitation on the quantity of purchase for QeautyBox?

We are happy that you love QeautyBox and want to purchase for your friends and relatives. However, each QeautyBox edition is sold in limited quantities - each member can order up to 5 identical sets. We reserve the right to cancel any orders from buyers violating the quantity of purchase policy.


3.2. How do I know if I have successfully made the purchase?

An order number will appear on the screen when you have completed the order and payment process successfully. You will also receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received such email, click onto "My Account" and then "My Orders" to check order information.



3.3. Why didn't I receive order confirmation email?

The order confirmation email might have been taken as spam mail by your email service provider and captured in the spam/junk mailboxes. Please lookup your spam/junk mails. Our email has a "" domain. Click "Not a spam/junk" so that you can receive our emails as normal emails in the future.



3.4. Can I cancel/change order or delivery address?

Once your order has captured in our system, we will start processing. Generally speaking, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, or change the delivery address.


(4) Delivery

4.2. When will my order be dispatched?

Any order confirmed by 4pm on a weekday, i.e. Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) will be dispatched within 7 days. After dispatch, you will receive an email notification. You can also login on to check the delivery status and the order tracking number. You can track and trace the delivery status of your order through the respective courier operator.



4.3. What is the shipping method and delivery lead time?

We will arrange the most appropriate courier operator to handle the delivery. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number which you can track and trace the delivery status of your order through the respective courier operators.

4.4. What if the package cannot be delivered?

If for any reasons, be it undeliverable address; mailing address being a P.O. box, hotels; multiple failed delivery attempts (no recipients available for several occasions); recipient’s refusal to pay tax/additional charges/provide identity proof/package unable to clear customs or recipient refuse to receive package -- we will only issue a refund based on the total order value less 1) the respective delivery charges paid by the buyer (if any) AND 2) an amount equal to 30% of total product value in such order.



4.5. Will I be charged for import tax and custom duties?

Different countries have their respective tax/duty levies. Customer should take the responsibility to inquire their own customs department or relevant government authorities. Upon completion of ordering on, you are considered to have acknowledged to bear any additional charge, tax/duty, and/or documentation processing fee derived from the delivery and importation of the package. Qeautybox is unable to project these charges and you agree to indemnify and held Qeautybox harmless from any monetary and/or legal responsibilities arising from the importation of packages.


(5) Payment Method

5.1. How I can make payment?

Qeautybox accepts Alipay, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. (You have to be an Alipay account holder in order to purchase through Alipay - please refer to Alipay's official website)


(6) After-sale service

6.1. Can I return the product?

Due to product uniqueness of Qeautybox, our products are not returnable. We shall provide quality products with our best effort, but there is a chance that the products may be damaged during the process of delivery. In such case, or in the case where product shelf life is in question, please email to and we will try our very best to provide assistance to you.
